Policy Statement
Recalculations of federal and institutional aid is an on-going process due to Carolina University’s rolling enrollment and registration opportunities.
Policy Procedures
Financial aid will monitor weekly add/drop reports. Aid will be recalculated based on the day the student’s add/drop is effective. Weekly disbursement updates are then sent to the Student Accounts Office to keep billing as accurate as possible.
