Payment Options

Once your financial aid eligibility is determined and you have received a statement from Student Accounts, you are responsible to either:

  • Pay the Estimated Balance Due for the semester in full before classes begin, or
  • Enroll in a Payment Plan offered through the Business Office (view your options through My CarolinaU or contact us to make arrangements).

Students are required to use a payment plan if they cannot pay for the semester in full by the start of the semester. Just call or email us with any questions.

You can make your payments online or mail a check to our address listed below. To make a payment over the phone with Visa, Discover, or MasterCard, call Student Accounts.

Enrolled students should make payments through My CarolinaU.

If you would like to make a payment on behalf of a student, use the link below. These payments will go directly to the students' account. You will be able to access a printer-friendly receipt after completing the final step. Billing statements can be accessed from My CarolinaU.

International Payments

Carolina University has partnered with Flywire to provide international students with an easy and secure method to make international payments. As the leading payment processor for educational institutions all over the world, Flywire delivers students' tuition payments quickly, easily, and securely.

Make an International Payment

If you experience difficulty with Flywire, international students can also use PayPal to make payments to their accounts. Please note, these payments can take several business days to post to the student account and any fees incurred from PayPal will be charged to the student's account. The Flywire option above is preferred.
