Once your financial aid eligibility is determined and you have received a statement from Student Accounts, you are responsible to either:
- Pay the Estimated Balance Due for the semester in full before classes begin, or
- Enroll in a Payment Plan offered through the Business Office (contact us to make arrangements).
Main campus students are required to use a payment plan if they cannot pay for the semester in full by the start of the semester. Graduate and Online Students have the option to pay per course and make payments directly to the University. Just call or email us with any questions.
You can make your payments online or mail a check to our address listed below. To make a payment over the phone with Visa, Discover, or MasterCard, call Student Accounts.
Enrolled students should make payments through My CarolinaU.
If you would like to make a payment on behalf of a student, use the form below. These payments will go directly to the students' account. You will be able to access a printer-friendly receipt after completing the final step. Billing statements can be accessed from My CarolinaU.
