Payment Options
Payments can be made with any major credit card, e-check, bank wire, or physical check using one of the options below.
Student Payments
Enrolled students should make payments or maintain their payment plans through their MyCU portal whenever possible.
Third Party Payments
If you would like to make a payment on behalf of a student, use the link below. These payments will go directly to the students' account. You will be able to access a printer-friendly receipt after completing the final step.
Additional International Payment Options
Carolina University has partnered with Flywire to provide international students with an easy and secure method to make international payments using numerous currencies. As the leading payment processor for educational institutions all over the world, Flywire delivers students' tuition payments quickly, easily, and securely. You can select between credit card or bank wire options using Flywire.
If you experience difficulty with Flywire, international students can also use PayPal to make payments to their accounts. Please note, these payments can take several business days to post to the student account and any fees incurred from PayPal will be charged to the student's account. The Flywire option above is preferred.
Other Options
You can mail a check to our address listed below. Or, to make a payment over the phone with Visa, Discover, American Express or MasterCard, call Student Accounts at 336-714-7940 during regular business hours.
Attention Students
Once you have received a statement from Student Accounts, you are responsible to either:
- Pay the Estimated Balance Due for the semester in full before classes begin, or
- Enroll in a Payment Plan offered through the Business Office (view your options through MyCU or contact us to make arrangements).
Students are required to use a payment plan if they cannot pay for the semester in full by the start of the semester. Payment plans are not available to new F-1 students.
