Policy Statement

Full-time employees may elect to have money withheld from their paychecks to be contributed to a 403(b) plan account.

Policy Procedures

The University will make a contribution matching the employee’s contribution up to 2% of the employee’s salary (rate subject to change). The current plan is administered by Guidestone Financial Resources and provides tax-deferred retirement savings. Ordained ministers may qualify for additional advantages. Please see the Business Office for more details or to sign up for the plan.
