Policy Statement
The officers of the Trustees of Carolina University shall be the Chairperson, the Vice Chairperson, Secretary, and Treasurer as outlined within the By-Laws in Article IV..
Policy Procedures
The officers shall be elected annually by the Trustees from their membership for a period of one year and shall be eligible for re-election. The Chairperson of the Finance Committee shall serve as the Treasurer.
Duties of the Officers are outlined in the By-Laws in Article IV, Section 2 through Section 6.
Failure to follow this policy may lead to disciplinary action.
