Policy Statement

The Board of Trustees shall meet no less than three times a year, usually during the months of January, May, and September on dates determined by them. The meeting in January shall be the annual meeting. Each regular meeting of the Board of Trustees shall have an Executive session.

  • Special meetings of the Trustees may be called by the Chairman or by consent of a majority of the Board of Trustees. The time, place, and purposes of special meetings will be fixed and announced by the Chairman.
  • The business to be transacted at any special meeting of the Trustees shall be confined to such matters as have been specified in the notice to the Trustees.

Failure to follow this policy may lead to disciplinary action.
