The Board of Trustees shall have four (4) elected officers and nine (9) committees as outlined within the By-Laws in Article IV.

The Board of Trustees shall have four (4) elected officers and nine (9) committees as outlined within the By-Laws in Article IV.
The listing of Committees, as found in the By-Laws, Article VII is as follows:
- Executive Committee
- Nominating Committee
- Building and Grounds Committee
- Finance Committee
- Student Services Committee
- Academic Affairs Committee
- Institutional Planning Committee
- Athletics Committee
- Nominating Committee
The Chairman of the Board appoints members to serve on committees, and appoints the Chairman of each committee. Each committee in turn appoints a secretary, keeps its own records, and provides minutes of all meetings to the Chairman of the Board, all members of the committee, and the President of the University.
Failure to follow this policy may lead to disciplinary action.
