Policy Statement

The facilities of Carolina University are owned by the Board of Trustees and operated in trust by the Administration. All construction, modification, disposal, and/or usage of any of the facilities are under the purview of the Administration.

Policy Procedures

Those persons associated with particular facilities, i.e., the Dean of Student Development, Athletic Director and Academics need to be aware who uses those facilities and when they are used.

Any reservations of the facilities must first be approved by Athletics (Gym) and the Dean of Student Development.

If there are any requests for usage of the facilities which are in any way out of the ordinary, the Chancellor must approve the agreement before any approval may be given. Rental charges are to be approved in advance by the Chancellor.
