Enrollment services maintains system organizational codes via the use of CEEB codes issued by the College Board.

Policy Procedures

Enrollment services uses CEEB codes to track academic institutions and enrollment history. Enrollment services generates new CEEB codes sequentially when applicants list institutions not included on the master list from college board using the following criteria. CEEB codes are generated manually based on six characters for colleges: C (for college) and five numeric characters. CEEB codes are generated manually based on four characters for high schools: H(for high school) and three numeric characters.
