Policy Statement

During the senior year, students will complete a student teaching experience during Internships l and ll.

Policy Procedures

Internship l will allow the interns to gain valuable exposure within the school setting as they observe, assist, and begin to teach the students with their assigned cooperating teacher. This will provide the senior interns a great collaborative learning experience. Internship ll will be the final capstone for the education majors. The placement will be the same school setting as Internship I, which will allow the interns to continue to build upon the teaching, mentoring, and learning experiences from Internship l.
