Policy Statement

The Den will issue refunds for items that are returned, following the procedures outlined below.

Policy Procedures

Within 30 days of purchase date an item can be returned for a full refund as long as the item is unworn, not damaged, and has all original tags.

After 30 days but no later than 90 days after the purchase date, an item can be returned for store credit as long as the item is unworn, not damaged, and has all original tags.

To start the return process, customers should email store@carolinau.edu or talk to a barista in The Den.
