The time limit for completing all coursework and the project report is five (5) years from initial enrollment in the program. Petitions for extension may be submitted to the Director of Doctor of Ministry Program.

  • PhD in Leadership - seven years

All work for the degree must be completed within a period of seven years from the date of initial enrollment. Any approved Leave of Absence will extend the amount of time for completing the degree by the length of the inactive period. Petitions for an extension may be submitted to the School of Leadership before the end of the final semester. The petition must include a justification for the extension, including all pertinent documentation.

  • PhD in Biblical Studies - eight years

Failure to meet the eight year completion deadline will be considered on a case by case basis. Appeals may be directed to the Seminary Review Committee.

Failure to follow this policy may lead to disciplinary action.
