About
Dr. Abidan Shah completed his PhD in New Testament Textual Criticism and holds a Masters of Divinity with languages/pastoral ministry, and a Bachelors in Broadcast Journalism. He has taught in various institutions in the USA and abroad. Dr. Shah has been the Lead Pastor of Clearview Church, Henderson, NC for 21 years. Dr. Shah is also a writer. His latest publication is a devotional which he co-authored with his wife (Nicole) titled, "Thirty Days Through a Crisis: Daily Devotions to Navigate Your Faith." He has a forthcoming publication this fall on the goal of New Testament textual criticism. He has read scholarly papers at the National and Regional meetings of the Evangelical Theological Society and contributes regularly to the local newspaper.
Prior to committing to full-time ministry, Dr. Shah served for four years as a Christian school administrator. Currently, he is also a chaplain for the local police and fire departments.
Dr. Shah’s father is a former Muslim who accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior. His testimony has touched many lives all over the India and Asia. He has been serving as a pastor in India of the same church for almost 60 years.
