About

Dr. David Miner is a 20-year veteran of the Groton Police Department in Connecticut. Dr. Miner is presently assigned as the Commander of the Criminal Investigation Division, where he is responsible for the effective and ethical oversight of major crimes investigation. He also has supervisory responsibility for the digital forensics laboratory and task force operations. Dr. Miner's primary areas of research interest are officer wellness, juvenile justice, and crisis intervention. Dr. Miner is a passionate advocate for officer training and development.

Dr. Miner has a wife, Hillary, and three children, Chloe, Gavin, and Luka. Dr. Miner enjoys physical fitness, doing puzzles, and reading.
