Saul leads Carolina University’s International Admissions and Recruiting in Latin America and Spain. He also oversees the Student Success Office, whose main objective is to provide assistants to future students in many areas.
Saul holds a degree in Culinary Arts and a BS in Applied Food Science Technology from Johnson and Wales University. His passion for food and science has led him to places all around the world, including Spain. While there, he worked in a Molecular-Kitchen, expanding his knowledge in a Lab and Kitchen environment. Saul’s background allows him to build sustainable relationships with people from all around the world.
