About

A native of Bonanza, Oregon, Dr. Steven Horsley is an Associate Professor of Organizational Leadership for the University of Charleston, West Virginia, a Certified Executive Coach through the Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching program, a Certified Professional Trainer, and a Brand Ambassador with the Resilience Building Leadership Program.  Dr. Horsley volunteers as a mentor for the Three Rangers Foundation, American Corporate Partners, and the Special Operations Transition Foundation. Previously, Dr. Horsley served with the United States Army for 31 years, serving in various assignments and leadership positions with US Army Special Forces. He retired on 31 March 2016. He specializes in facilitating courses in Organizational Behavior, Organizational Development and Change, Frontline Leadership, Procurement and Production, Performance Management, Mentoring, and Coaching. 

Dr. Horsley brings over 40 years of experience in the military and academia in developing the next generation of leaders. He resides in Berlin, Germany, with his wife, Virginia.
